A delegation of America’s education experts, including principals, subject directors, and senior teachers from top high schools in Boston, New York, and other parts of the United States, paid a visit to Chengdu Shude High School, following the leg of their trips to Beijing and Xi'an.
They, received by the International Department’s Student Ambassadors throughout the trip, were in in-depth discussion with the students, and afterwards, Mr. Robyn Grant, a member of the delegation, held that the students of Shude International Department, who are trained in the international curriculums, evidently excel in comprehensive quality, after visiting the three Chinese schools.
The delegation also listened to the classes on visual arts and English reading at the International Department. After the classes, they shared their teaching experience with their counterparts of the Department. In the exchange, the visiting guests spoke of the "Student Centered" term, as they believed that the classes focus on group discussion and student participation, adequately epitomizing the PBL concept.
