On the morning of November 8, 2017, the International Department received the comprehensive review which was conducted by IBO for the authorized schools every five years! Mr. Robin Klymow and Ms. Catherine Zhou, the representatives of IBO Review Team, visited the International Department. As a high school department of international curriculum officially authorized by IBO, hawse have always kept our educational concepts and teaching quality consistent with the international level, and have been subject to the strict supervision of IBO.

Founded in 1968, the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) is a non-profit international education foundation registered by the UNESCO, with IB member schools in more than 100 countries.

During this three-day review, the IBO Review Team respectively interviewed IB teachers, IB admission counseling team, and IB students and their parents in an all-around way. They also went to the IB classrooms to comprehensively assess the educational concepts, teaching quality, teachers’ ability and hardware facilities of the International Department!

For this annual review, the teachers of the International Department regard it as an opportunity for improvement. Teacher Amy, IB Coordinator of the International Department, said: "We regard this annual review as an important opportunity to improve ourselves! Each annual review is a brand new opportunity. The recognition of IBO education experts is a great affirmation to us, and their recommendations can also help us to continuously improve ourselves!"
